Step 1: Review the Guidelines
Start by reading our High School Volunteer Coordinator Document to understand the expectations, outreach ideas, and how to properly log your hours.

Step 2: Plan Your Outreach
Decide how you’d like to complete your outreach! You can give a presentation, host a booth, make a social media post, or find another creative way to promote NEST to your school or community.

Step 3: Complete and Capture Proof
Once you’ve done your outreach, capture clear evidence of your work. This could include photos, videos, presentation slides, or social media posts. Make sure your name and role are clear.

Step 4: Submit the Form
Fill out the Volunteer Hours Submission Form. You’ll be asked to upload your unsigned volunteer hours form (from your school) and provide your email address so we can contact you.

Step 5: Get Approved
Once reviewed and approved, the NEST team will sign your form and email the completed version back to you for your records and school submission.
